 Restoring a Database File

Use

Use this command to copy the backup copy of the database file specified using <file_id> back to its original position. If a file already exists there, it will be overwritten.

Normally, you do not have to copy backups of internal Database Manager files to their original position manually because the Database Manager will automatically use the backups if it is unable to access the original file.

Prerequisites

You have the DBM operator authorization DBFileRead.

You have determined the file ID of the file that you want to copy (List of Database Files).

Syntax

file_restore <file_id>

Reply
