Their owner is the DOMAIN user. The owner has to be specified when accessing these tables in every SQL mode other than INTERNAL.

The monitor system tables return results for the SYSDBA user and for all users of the database user class database administrator (DBA user). Non-authorized users receive the error message 100 – Row not found.

Each row contains a counter value. The meaning of this value is in the DESCRIPTION column.
