The table shows you all options that you can set for the precompiler runtime environment in the environment variable SQLOPT when you connect to the database instance.
The options–u, -U, -t and –I are then valid for all database connections of the application program for which you have specified the key <key> DEFAULT or SQLOPT in the CONNECT statement.
The options –n and –d apply to all database connections and override the settings specified in the CONNECT or SET SERVERDB statement.
