On the UNIX and Linux operating systems, data sources are stored system-specifically in the directory /etc/ in the file odbc.ini or user-specifically in the file ~/ .odbc.ini. To create data sources, edit the required file appropriately.

If you want
to specify multiple data sources, repeat the group of specifications above in
accordance with the number of data sources.

Save your
entries.
Your entries become effective when the next ODBC connection is
created.
