Messages 

The following is a list of all messages issued by the MySQL MaxDB database system: confirmation and error messages from the database core, the database tools and the precompiler. It gives short explanations for the possible cause of the error, and notes on how to eliminate them. Each component has its own number range.

System messages

System messages provide feedback for the user. They are output even if requests are syntactically correct or the program is running smoothly. The system messages are sorted in ascending order (from 0 to 25999).

Error messages

Error messages indicate that an error has occurred which requires action by the user as described. The system messages are sorted in descending order (from -1 to -28999).
