To load and unload data with Java, first call the Loader Server program. To connect to the database, you then also need to execute the Loader commands USE SERVERDB and USE USER.
You
can also call the Loader Server program on a remote computer. When you call
the constructor
Loader (<loader_server_name>), the Loader Server program is started on the
remote computer.
If you specify file names in the Loader commands while connected to this
remote computer, then these file names refer to the file system of this
computer.
Finally, you can send Loader commands and SQL statements of your choice to the Loader.
import com.sap.dbtech.powertoys.*;
…
<lvalue> = new Loader ();
<lvalue> = new Loader (<loader_server_name>);
