 Standard Uninstallation with SDBUNINST

Use

You use the program SDBUNINST. This program is included in the installation of the database software.

During the standard uninstallation with SDBUNINST, you uninstall the entire database software on your computer.

You can also use the SDBUNINST program if you only want to uninstall individual software components. In this case, however, you must consider sequences and dependencies of software components. For information on uninstalling individual software components, see Uninstalling the Database Software in the Installation Manual.

If you work on the Linux operating system and used the Red Hat Package Manager (rpm package) to install the database software on your computer, you can uninstall the software with this program only.
