Option in the Database Manager CLI.
The name of the database instance specified in <database_name> applies for the whole session. All database-specific DBM commands relate to this database instance.
When you set up a session there is a check whether the specified database instance on the server is recorded in the list of registered database instances. If it is not, the session connection is refused.
The database instance specified in <database_name> exists (Creating a Database Instance).
-d <database_name>
Display the operational state of the database instance myDB:
dbmcli –d myDB –u DBM,DBM db_state
