 Loading the System Tables

Use

System tables are internal tables for the system that users do not define or change.

You have to reload the system tables after a change of database software version.

You do not need to reload system tables when restoring a database instance.

In order to load the system tables, the DBM server program must know the name and password of the SYSDBA user and the password of the DOMAIN user. If this is not already the case, enter the name and password of the SYSDBA user under -u <sysdba>,<password>, and the DOMAIN user's password under -ud <domain_password>.
